Request an Appointment

Please fill out the form below to request an appointment with the IS Advisor. The IS staff will review your request, determine the urgency of your request, schedule you an appointment or small group meeting according to your schedule or refer you elsewhere if appropriate.

You will be notified via your WiscMail account of an advising appointment. Please note, during busy periods, it may take up to two weeks to receive an appointment time.

We are scheduling appointments for the weeks 12/7-12/18.
