US Senator Tammy Baldwin’s official government Madison office is looking for spring interns. Interns in the Madison office have the opportunity to interact with state staff on a variety of matters, including legislative concerns, casework, communications, and constituent correspondence. They are looking for students who are strong writers and communicators, who are flexible and can work independently on a wide variety of tasks. Previous administrative or office experience is helpful, but not required. Other qualities include attention to detail, customer service, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a pleasant, professional manner.
The deadline to apply is November 25th, for the Madison internship program. Interns are required to work 10-15 hours per week and schedules are made upon student’s availability. Please visit www.baldwin.senate.gov to apply.
